It is a well-known fact that many people are to pay attention to their healthy. The proverb states that “health is priceless wealth”. It could be mentioned that if we get bad off, we will get many disadvantages. We could not do our activities such as go to school or office, so that we would not get knowledge anymore or our salary could be paid less, for example. Therefore, many people do various things to keep healthy because they have assumption that health is money. Then, what should we do for maintaining our health? That will be explained as follow.
The first thing is we are to pay attention for our good diet, especially in our food nutrition and good sanitation. Many people believe that digestion health is one of important things to do for maintaining our whole body health. Why? It because our body energy is suplied with food. If food we entered into our body is bought from dirty place, we would get problem digestion that can impact to raise many digestive deseases, such as diarhea, thypus, or likewise. Similarly, the food nutrition is also play role in our health. If we eat food containing high colesterol, we can get heart attack disease, for example. That is why we have to concern with food becoming our daily diet.
On the other hand, keeping our good diet, but not maintaining our body fit also can cause many problems in our health. It because of the balance of human body metabolisms. Thus, some excercises are needed for balancing that inside conditions. We can go swimming and running as aerobic sports or play gentle sports such as tennis, golf, and volley. One well-known Greek Proverb stated “men sana in corpore sano” that means in a health soul is found a strong body.
Finally, the daily medical check up can be a good idea for monitoring our real conditions. This can be applied by going to doctor every month for checking such as our tension blood, heart beat, and others.
In sum up, those three things, good diet, exercises, and check up are perfect matters in maintaining our good health. Although, it seems to be expensive for us, but we have thought back that becoming illness can spend our many more. Furthermore, state in our mind that health is expensive! If we do not keep our health, we will regret in the future.
Study abroad? Why not? ;)

It seems to be popular that student go abroad to continue their studies in foreign countries. Especially, Indonesian people believe that if their children can feel how to life in other countries, they will become success. Why they thought like that? This related with 3 reasons: improve skills, enrich experiences, and make international networking.
Firstly, learn other foreign cultures and new languages are become good ideas to improve student’s skills for one of key to be success. Why? It because, in this global era, people who have much means of communication can interact with others easily. Having language skills ease people to know many information in whole world. European Union, for example, has many developed countries. This countries have their own official languages. Fluently in one of their languages makes student can communicate with their people.
Secondly, if students can go abroad, then they can have priceless experiences in their lives. They can know how other people lives: their activities in different way, their advanced technologies, likewise; and also learn how to be a minor people in new communities, for example. This can improve their abilities to face the real world after they graduate.
Finally, some people believe that success can be reached by having many networking. By studying abroad and learning in other people countries, students can face the competition among other international students. It can be mentioned that they also can interact with other educated people in the world. This is one of important way to improve their good knowledge. Besides that, they can get more friends of whole world and it can be imagined that we will be famous people of the world.
In sum up, we can stated that students are challenged to study abroad to fulfill their desire to be the success. In order to their experiences can become rich and they can know up to date news and advancing of technologies in the world. On the other hand, they also can get additional skills such as languages and good habit from other country cultures and lifestyles that can change their life in the future. In additional, they can get more friends of whole world.
Father day! ^^

People, nowadays, are used to be busied with their daily job. Therefore, some holidays are to be needed so that they can enjoy their life and they are not feeling under monothon activities. Holidays are created, sometimes, to celebrate special events and honor some historical people who deserve of people of the world. Thus, it seems important to us to honor someone who also has important effort for making our good life in the future. This is mentioned to our father. As we know that this man is our lovely man in our days. He always keep being a struggle person in our eyes. As special as mother do for growing up her children well, we also know that he has a responsibility to make our family life well especially on family finance and economic. Then, what are to we do for making that special day for father? These are explanations as follow.
First, It seems clearly to us as his children that every Monday until Friday/ Saturday, father go to his office for working; it is also common to man work every day; sailor who has no time limited job, for instance. For what he is to work? There is no reasons either that is father has responsibility to seek money for the better of his household life. Althought, it is posibble to mother do that, but actually in our community this responsibility is common to man as father. Furthermore, by holding a special days for father that means that day allows him is not to work and he also can do anything he wants.
Next, his children can give some special gift or unique merchandises for him. It might useful to exhibit their love to their father so that he know exactly how important he is in his children life. This can be followed up by making a special event to celebrate father day. It is awful if there were a program for children where they can choose and show up what they dream and imagine about a good father type for their future wannabe.
Those the reason that make we are to show our love to him and I thought that make a special day for father is one of good ideas to make him believe that we ̶ his children ̶ also love him in a huge of our life. So, what the date will be suggested? The mother day is held at 22nd December every year, so I think how about making the next day, 23rd, become a father day?
Learn from Movies

Nowadays, movies have become the top entertainment. Unlike daily T.V. Programs such as dramas, serials, likewise a movie would prefer to be chose because it is easy to follow its story. Everyone need a means to refresh their daily full time activities. Usually, people will go to cinema or purchase some DVD for updating their favourite movies. One movies can tell its whole story concisely and thickly so that viewer will not be exhausted soon. From that, people can also learn about the country where its movies made. Just spend 2 or 3 hours, people can take whatever they want: the history about one country, its life style, and its special features.
Movies can show about history of the country. This also contain of someone biography. The Pianist, for example, tell about Jewish man who has to be struggle face Nazi armies terrors. In this movie, we can find how the Germany condition in Hittler authority period is and how that man can fight its condition so that he can be a famous pianist in his time.
From watching movies, people can also learn about country lifestyles, such as national sport, educational system, and its government. Blind Side, for instance, contain a story about a young man called as Big-Mike who had been adopted to liberal family so that he can become a famous athlete in US. This movie show us how American life style where Mike’s foster mother teach him as his own family in liberal method like US style.
Furthermore, there are special features from country such as learning kung fu can be characterized as Chinese culture, Ninja can be taken from Japanese story, likewise. Taking from the attractive movies, Kung Fu Panda. This cartoon movie tell about Panda which has desire to be a Kung Fu Boy. Otherwise, ninja movie which come from Japanese culture, like Ninja Assassin, show us how Ninja men life are.
In sum up, movies provide many advantages. Besides being refreshing tools, they also give people many learning such as country history, life style, and special characteristic such as ninja and kung fu which are their own culture and traditional martial art.
What Money is for?

If I found enough money, I would take it to purchase my business. This because we can learn how to be an entrepreneur. Then, we could purchase our money back. In addition, if we would be success, we could be a famous person in the neighborhood.
First, become an entrepreneur is the best choice for us if we do not want to work for another person. This lead us to build our own business management and the important thing is we could make a new workfield for others. As we know that Indonesia has a large number of joblessness rising every year. It must be noted that most percentage of these people are come from graduated students recently. We can imagine when we are graduated from university, we will be one of them. Therefore, if we do not want to make our future just as jobseekers, try to think about making a new workfield. From that, we can also help many joblessness to become our employees.
The second reason is we could purchase our money back. This means that if we use our money to make a business, we can get profits. Profits from running our business can turn our money. Eventhough, taking back our money is not easy like invert our hand. We must be through the difficulties where we will loss our money in the first period, for example. However, if we try hard and improve our skill on business, there are many chances for us to be success. Moreover, we can purchase new house, car, and likewise the other stuffs.
Finally, if our business get success in national even international trades, we will become a famous person. There are many Indonesian people who become famous with their business. Medco Group, for instance, which is one of the big company in Indonesia and has International market, is founded and developed by Panigoro Sisters-Brothers. Nowadays, we can find their business branches everywhere. Thus, we have to follow that good example for our created success.
Those are why I would prefer purchase my money to become a business. We can improve our skill in entrepreneurship, we can get that money back and buy the other stuffs, and we can be a famous person if our business become successful.
